i recently stayed here for a christmas party and loved how the rooms exceeded my previous experiences in phoenix. everything was spotless and the staff made us feel special. the on-site cafe had some great snacks that made our stay even better.

I loved that this hotel was just a short drive from the Phoenix Zoo and Tempe Town Lake, making it easy to enjoy some beautiful walks and discover local landmarks, even though there are few restaurants close by.

During my stay, the grounds impressed me. The pool area looked lovely with nice loungers and a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Staff seemed genuinely friendly, always greeting me with smiles. My room felt clean and well-maintained. However, I ran into a few bumps. The shuttle service was inconsistent. I arrived late and had to wait too long for pickup. Breakfast options at the on-site cafe were pricier than expected, and the selection felt limited. These issues didn't ruin my stay, but they stood out. I appreciated the overall atmosphere and easy access to the airport, which made things convenient.

My kids wished for a free breakfast option. It would be great if the hotel could offer that for families.

My stay was brief but memorable, thanks to the fantastic service from Tommy, who was incredibly welcoming despite my late arrival. The room was cozy, though I suggest dining off-site, as options were limited. A nearby hotel has a great restaurant for dinner.

We had an awesome time at this spot with friends! Spent a day at the Phoenix Zoo and hiked nearby trails. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean overall. Just a heads up, breakfast options can be a bit pricey.

One minor hiccup was the fitness center. it felt a bit cramped when too many people were in there. A little more space would make it better.
